Job summary

Mirvac is seeking a Manager, Commercial Finance - CMU Development for a 12-month contract to partner with Development teams on feasibility, forecasting and financial modelling. You will lead budgeting, analyse P&L and balance sheet, and drive reporting for the CMU portfolio.

You should have 8+ years in finance, 3+ in property, and hold CA/CPA/CFA or equivalent. The role emphasizes strong commercial acumen, technical accounting, and leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of finance experience, including 3+ years in property.
• CA, CPA or CFA qualification, or equivalent tertiary qualifications.
• Strong commercial finance, financial modelling and technical accounting capability.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing commercial decisions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Development teams on feasibility, forecasting, financial modelling and transaction structuring.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and scenario analysis, providing meaningful commercial insights across projects and the broader portfolio.
• Analyse P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and capital performance to identify risks and opportunities.
• Partner across Finance, Investments and FP&A to deliver accurate, insightful reporting.
• Strengthen financial controls and drive smarter, simpler ways of working.
• Support and develop a collaborative, high-performing finance team.
