Job summary

SandS Australia is seeking a hands-on Developer / SEO to own the websites, digital assets and search performance for clients and our own digital estate. You’ll shift between building and optimising, shipping clean front-end work and diagnosing ranking or crawl issues from day one.

Reporting to the Manager - Marketing and Digital Experience, you’ll work across web development, technical SEO and content performance to deliver measurable results for Australian and international standards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on web development and SEO capabilities.
• Experience with front-end delivery and site optimisation.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and enhance responsive websites and landing pages across client engagements and SandS Australia’s own digital estate.
• Manage hosting, deployments, domains, SSL, backups, and version control with disciplined change management.
• Integrate forms, analytics, tracking, CRM connections, and third-party tools reliably and securely.
• Own technical SEO across all managed sites - site architecture, indexation, crawlability, structured data, redirects, and Core Web Vitals.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis, and translate findings into practical on-page and content recommendations.
• Optimise page speed, metadata, internal linking
