• 7+ years’ experience in greenfield or broadacre land development as a Development Manager or Senior Development Manager.
• Demonstrated success managing residential subdivisions and medium density projects in Victoria.
• Confident communicator and stakeholder manager, both internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• Accountability for the programme, budget, and feasibility to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage planning and authority approval process through strong stakeholder engagement.
• Oversee contractor procurement and tendering of works packages.
