ServiceMaster Clean is seeking a reliable Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and hygiene across our facilities in Victoria. You will be responsible for keeping offices, restrooms, and common areas clean and presentable.

The role emphasizes safety with proper chemical handling, schedules, and independent work. Prior cleaning experience is welcome, with physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks daily.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Physically able to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety practices is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Clean, dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize assigned areas including offices, restrooms, corridors, and common spaces.
• Empty waste bins and dispose of waste in designated areas.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, including sinks, toilets, mirrors, and floors.
• Refill supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper if required.
• Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors as required.
• Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures.
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and properly.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
