Qualifications

  • Previous Despatch experience preferred but not essential.
  • Only those with full working rights in Australia need apply.

Responsibilities

  • Answer customer and internal staff enquiries regarding delivery issues.
  • Provide courteous and helpful customer service.
  • Ensure daily booking targets are achieved for customer satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints effectively.
  • Prepare and enter despatch information accurately.
  • Coordinate delivery jobs for drivers.
  • Maintain the Radaro Transport Management System daily.
  • Prepare and route runs for sub-contractors using Radaro.
  • Report customer concerns to relevant departments.
  • Adhere to Time and Attendance policies.
  • Implement safe work practices.
  • Address escalated issues in a timely manner.
  • Assist in managing Delivery teams.
  • Complete daily despatch administration tasks.
  • Perform tasks as directed by the Despatch Supervisor.
  • Assist dispatch and service departments when required.
