Qualifications

• Experience managing design for residential, mixed-use, or complex development projects.
• Strong understanding of design, planning, commercial, and construction outcomes.
• Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary consultants and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of planning controls, regulations, buildability, and project delivery.
• Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused, with the ability to identify risks and drive successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate design activities across mixed-use projects from feasibility and concept through approvals and pre-construction.
• Develop and manage design strategies, briefs, consultant teams, and deliverables to ensure quality, compliance, feasibility, and alignment with project objectives.
• Drive design coordination, programs, approvals, and stakeholder engagement across internal teams, consultants, authorities, and external partners.
• Identify and manage design, planning, technical, and buildability risks while supporting the transition from design to delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.
