Job summary

• Civil engineering degree and proven experience leading multidisciplinary design teams on major civil infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills with design review experience.
• CPEng status or progression toward chartership is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop multidisciplinary internal and external design teams to achieve project objectives and high-quality outcomes.
• Oversee end-to-end design lifecycle to ensure safety, schedule, budget, and compliance with standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and regulators, managing expectations and risks.
• Drive innovation and best-practice design methodologies while maintaining design documentation integrity.
