Role

The Design Manager position based primarily from an office location in Docklands and will involve:

• Coordinate and manage the design process of projects
• Engage and manage external consultants and relevant stakeholders
• Develop construction management plans
• Identify and mitigate any potential design risks
• Ensure design and buildability of project align with scope

Requirements

• Relevant Architectural tertiary qualification
• Design Manager experience for a commercial contractor
• 5+ years of experience for an Architectural practice
• Project Coordinator contractor experience with Design/Architecture background/degree
• Previous Industrial experience heavily favorable
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Unlimited Australian working rights
