Job summary

Whyte Medical Recruitment partners with a leading aesthetics-focused medical device company to recruit for a full-time, permanent clinical education role based in Brisbane or the Gold Coast. You will deliver hands-on training to aesthetic practitioners, dermal clinicians, nurses and medical professionals across QLD.

The role involves educating on treatment protocols, patient assessment, contraindications and best-practice approaches, and supporting clinics to implement safe, evidence-based laser

Qualifications

• Bachelor or nursing qualification with aesthetic experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in aesthetic treatments including lasers and energy-based devices.
• Clinical training or mentoring experience desirable.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• QLD Laser Licence preferred.
• Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on clinical training to aesthetic practitioners, dermal clinicians, nurses and medical professionals.
• Educate on treatment protocols, patient assessment, contraindications and best-practice approaches.
• Build relationships with customers as a trusted clinical resource.
• Travel regularly to clinics, training events and customer sites.

Role Overview

• Full-time, permanent role based in Brisbane or the Gold Coast, supporting practitioners across QLD, with a focus on the Brisbane and GC area.
• Deliver hands‑on clinical training and education to aesthetic practitioners, dermal clinicians, nurses and medical professionals
• Support clinics to implement safe, effective, evidence‑based treatment protocols across laser and energy‑based technologies
• Educate on treatment protocols, patient assessment, contraindications and best‑practice approaches
• Build strong relationships with customers as a trusted clinical resource
• Regular travel to clinics, training events and customer sites
• ~$120k base + super + $20k car allowance (bonuses may be introduced down the track)

Skills Required

• Bachelor of Dermal Science preferred, or Nursing qualification with relevant aesthetic experience
• Minimum 3 years' experience in aesthetic, dermal treatments, including laser and energy‑based procedures. (Clinical experience with laser technologies highly desirable)
• Previous experience in clinical training, education or mentoring within aesthetics highly desirable
• Confident communication and presentation skills
• Valid QLD Laser Licence preferred
• Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle
