Queensland Fire Department is seeking a Deputy Commissioner to provide strategic leadership across fire, emergency management and specialist response services in Queensland. The role oversees four regional offices and the State Capability Directorate, guiding performance improvements and capability development while ensuring safety and accountability.

Reporting to the Commissioner, you will lead a workforce of over 4,500 and drive major projects, including systems and technology, to deliver

Competenze

Professional firefighting experience across structural fires, bushfires, hazardous materials incidents, and technical rescues.
Experience in incident control and fire prevention strategies.
