A leading energy company in Victoria is seeking a Deployment Manager to oversee the project delivery for EV charger installations. This role requires a proactive manager with experience in rapid EV projects and strong stakeholder engagement skills. Responsibilities include project management and collaboration with various teams to ensure timely installation across Ampol sites. Theobjectiveof the Deployment team is to support our energy offering to ensure we continue to meet the ongoing needs of our customers. The Deployment Manager will execute the project delivery and installation of EV chargers in line with Ampol’s ambition of being the most utilised EV charging network in Australia. The role will also beinvolved in otherenergy related projects (egsolar and battery storage).
You will be reporting to the Senior Deployment Manager as well as working cross-functionally with theAsset Operationsand Network Planning Teams to ensure internal alignment on timing, scale and location of charge points and otherassets.
Youdemonstratea nimble and proactive mindset and the ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders including vendors, business owners, customers, government, and internal teams to achieve the strategic goals of the organisation.You are anoutcome focused manager withpreviousexperience in delivery of a Rapid,or Ultra-Rapid,EV Installation Programs;with theability to guide third parties through to task completion andtheflexibility to adapt available resources.
