Job summary

Woolworths Supermarkets is looking for a Department Manager to lead a busy department and develop leadership capabilities through our Store Leadership Pathway. You will oversee day-to-day operations, coach a team, and ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining safety and compliance across all store processes.
