DB Dental Spearwood, part of National Dental Care, is seeking a Part-Time Associate Dentist to join its five-chair practice in Spearwood, WA. You will work 2 to 3 days per week (Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays) and build long‑term relationships with a loyal patient base in collaboration with an experienced clinical team.

The role offers clinical autonomy, no KPIs or sales targets, and access to CPD through the NDC Academy to support ongoing professional development.

DB Dental Spearwood is looking for a Part-Time Associate Dentist to join its established five-chair practice in Spearwood. This is an opportunity to work 2 to 3 days per week, build long‑term relationships with a loyal patient base and collaborate with an experienced clinical team in a supportive environment.

The position is available across Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays.

What you’ll be doing

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:

Provide comprehensive general dentistry across a broad range of procedures

Manage a strong appointment book with consistent patient demand

Work with clinical autonomy and without KPIs or sales targets

Collaborate with experienced clinicians and an in‑house Prosthetist

Access ongoing CPD and clinical development through the NDC Academy

About you

We’re looking for a Dentist who:

Has a minimum of 2 years' clinical experience practising in Australia

Has professional indemnity insurance

Is confident across a broad range of general dental procedures

Has a strong commitment to high‑quality, patient‑centred care
