Are you an experienced Dentist looking for variety, flexibility and the opportunity to work across established practices while maintaining the stability of a permanent role?

National Dental Care is looking for a Permanent Associate Dentist to join our Adelaide team in a unique locum-style position across our central Adelaide practices. This is an opportunity to support different practices and teams while developing strong relationships across the NDC network, with 1–2 practices forming your regular weekly locations. For the right candidate, visa sponsorship may also be available.

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide high-quality general dentistry across a variety of established Adelaide practices
• Support practices with varying patient needs and clinical requirements
• Build strong relationships with patients, practice teams and fellow clinicians
• Work across different environments while maintaining consistent clinical standards
• Collaborate with experienced clinicians and contribute to a supportive team environment
• Continue developing your clinical skills through ongoing education and exposure to different practices

About You

• Has a minimum of 2 years' experience practising as a Dentist in Australia
• Holds current unconditional AHPRA registration
• Holds current professional indemnity insurance
• Has strong clinical skills and a patient-focused approach
• Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Is organised, adaptable and solutions-focused
• Enjoys collaborating with different teams and working across multiple practice environments
• Is committed to delivering high standards of clinical care and patient service
