In this front-office role you will manage patient appointments, billing, and records while supporting clinical team with chair-side assistance and basic radiography.

Qualifications

• Provide chair-side assistance for dental professionals during treatment.
• Clean and prepare the treatment room and instruments per infection control standards.
• Follow service quality and WHS policies to ensure safe, high-quality care.
• Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and confirmations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-office operations, check-in patients, and manage billing and records.
• Support clinical care delivery with chair-side assistance and x-ray procedures.
• Maintain treatment rooms and instruments according to infection control standards.
• Schedule, cancel, rebook, and confirm appointments to keep the diary accurate.
