Qualifications

• Formal Dental Assisting qualification (Certificate III) or Ministry-equivalent with progression toward Certificate IV.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise a team of Dental Assistants and Admin Officers.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead and direct Dental Assistants and Admin Officers to ensure efficient clinic operations.
• Provide ongoing guidance and orientation to new staff and ongoing training opportunities.
• Foster a collaborative, compassionate environment in the Armidale Dental Clinic.
