Job summary

Pacific Smiles Group in Goulburn is seeking a casual Dental Assistant/Receptionist to join a friendly, supportive team at a modern 3-chair practice. Thursday, Friday, weekends are essential with additional weekdays preferred.

You may bring reception experience or dental assistant skills to provide excellent patient care. We offer above award wages, casual loading and weekend rate incentives, with flexible hours and strong on-the-job coaching.

Qualifications

• Reception experience or Dental Assistant experience is essential.
• Flexibility to work between reception and clinical duties.
• Knowledge of sterilisation and infection control protocols preferred or willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Reception duties including managing appointments and processing payments.
• Support clinical team during patient visits as needed.
• Assure smooth patient flow and high-quality patient care.

Our modern 3-chair practice delivers general dentistry, and you’ll be joining a close-knit, welcoming team focused on providing exceptional patient care.

• Thursday and Friday availability is essential, with additional weekdays of availability preferred
• Availability for weekend shifts is required - higher hourly weekend rates apply!
• Reception duties are a big part of the role, including managing appointments and processing payments
• Centrally located in Goulburn Square, close to food, cafes and shops, with staff parking available
• Supportive Centre Leader and growing patient base
