Pacific Smiles Group in Goulburn is seeking a casual Dental Assistant/Receptionist for our 3-chair centre. If you’re an experienced receptionist with great communication and computer skills, or an experienced Dental Assistant, we’d love to hear from you. Thursday and Friday availability is essential, with extra weekdays preferred.

Our Opportunity

We have a versatile, exciting and rewarding casual opportunity at our Goulburn centre for a Dental Assistant/Receptionist. Whether you’re an experienced receptionist with great communication and computer skills, or an experienced Dental Assistant, we’d love to hear from you.

Our modern 3-chair practice delivers general dentistry, and you’ll be joining a close-knit, welcoming team focused on providing exceptional patient care.

Thursday and Friday availability is essential, with additional weekdays of availability preferred. Availability for weekend shifts is required - higher hourly weekend rates apply!

Reception duties are a big part of the role, including managing appointments and processing payments.

Centrally located in Goulburn Square, close to food, cafes and shops, with staff parking available.

You’ll also bring:

• Reception experience, with strong communication and computer skills, or experience as a Dental Assistant, is essential
• Flexibility to work between reception and clinical duties as required
• Strong understanding of sterilisation and infection control protocols (or a willingness to learn)
• A caring, team-focused approach to patient care
• Reliability, punctuality, and a desire for high standards
