Job summary

Pacific Smiles Group Nowra centre is seeking an experienced Dental Assistant and/or Receptionist for full-time or casual roles at our modern 4-chair clinic. You will join a warm, patient‑focused team committed to delivering excellent care.

You will support dentists with chair-side assistance, sterilisation and front-desk duties, while contributing to a positive patient experience. Benefits include above‑award wages, weekend loading where applicable, flexible hours and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Dental Assistant cross chair-side, sterilisation and reception, or as a Receptionist, is essential.
• Based in Nowra at a modern 4-chair practice with a warm, dedicated team.
• Casual loading and weekend work with higher hourly rates may apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists across chair-side and sterilisation.
• Handle reception duties and patient scheduling.
• Maintain infection control protocols and prepare treatment rooms.
