nib Dental Chatswood is seeking a quick, proactive Dental Assistant to join our busy 6-chair clinic in a permanent full-time position, working alongside highly skilled dentists!

This role involves chairside assistance across complex procedures, preparing rooms, and maintaining stringent infection control while supporting smooth daily operations. Monday to Friday roster ensures stability in a fast-paced team setting.

Qualifications

• Previous Dental Assistant experience essential.
• Confident all-rounder across chairside assisting and sterilisation.
• Experience assisting with complex procedures highly regarded.
• Available Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Chairside assisting, primarily with highly skilled dentists across complex procedures
• Anticipating the clinician’s needs and keeping a fast-paced clinical day running smoothly
• Preparing treatment rooms and instruments to a high standard
• Maintaining high standards of sterilisation and infection control
• Delivering exceptional patient care and customer service

Availability required:

• Monday to Friday
• Standard clinic hours between 8:00am - 6:00pm

Also Available

We also have additional casual Dental Assistant positions available at this centre if less shifts and more flexibility suits you. Weekday availability is essential.
