Maven Dental Feldbusch in Australia is seeking a friendly Dental Assistant to join the team on a casual basis, working 4–5 days per week. You will support clinicians, prepare rooms, sterilise instruments and help ensure a positive patient experience.

The role offers flexible casual hours and a collaborative, patient-centered environment within the Abano Healthcare network across Australia and New Zealand.

Job Description

As a Dental Assistant, you’ll play an important role in supporting our clinicians and ensuring our patients feel comfortable and cared for throughout their dental journey.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting dentists during a variety of dental procedures.
• Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining a clean, organised clinical environment.
• Sterilising instruments and following infection control procedures.
• Supporting patient care and ensuring a positive patient experience.
• Helping with the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.
• Working collaboratively with the wider dental team.

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a positive attitude and a genuine interest in patient care.

• Has previous dental assisting experience, although we’re happy to consider someone keen to learn and develop their skills.
