Job summary

Brightsmiles Currimundi is seeking a warm, enthusiastic Dental Assistant / Receptionist to join our friendly team across two locations. You will mix chairside assistance with front-d desk duties, helping patients feel welcome from their first step inside the doors.

The ideal candidate has experience in dental assisting or reception, a professional manner, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask across reception and clinical support. Casual hours with staff support.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in dental assisting or dental reception (highly regarded).
• A warm, approachable and professional manner.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Confidence in greeting patients, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments and assisting with general reception duties.
• The ability to provide chairside assistance, assist with sterilisation and support the smooth running of the practice.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• A reliable, punctual and enthusiastic approach to work.
• The confidence to work independently while also being a supportive team player.
• A willingness to learn, take initiative and adapt to the needs of the practice.

Responsibilities

• Combine chairside assistance with reception responsibilities.
