Job summary

Coastal Dental Care Robina Village is looking for a Dental Assistant to join the team full-time. The roster runs Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 7:30am–5:15pm (6:15pm Thursdays), with 30 minutes for lunch, totaling 38 hours a week.

You’ll split time between chairside support and sterilisation, with front-desk cover when needed, across general and cosmetic dentistry including Invisalign. Training and career pathways are provided within a supportive network.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year's experience as a Dental Assistant.
• Current first aid certificate (or willingness to update).
• Up to date immunisations.
• Professional presentation and a genuine team player.

Responsibilities

• Assisting chairside: passing instruments, suction, and taking digital X-rays.
• Preparing instruments and materials for each patient.
• Following infection control protocols: cleaning, sterilising, storing instruments, and keeping records.
• Setting up and packing down treatment rooms and the sterilisation room daily.
• Welcoming and settling patients, answering questions.
• Providing reception support when needed.
