Job summary

Crows Nest Dentists in Sydney is seeking a friendly Dental Assistant for 2–3 days per week. The role is primarily chairside with occasional reception duties, including phones, SMS, emails, and appointment bookings using Principle software.

Casual or permanent part-time arrangements are available to suit you. You will perform infection control, sterilisation, surgery setup, weekly surgery cleaning, and support a warm, professional patient experience.

Qualifications

• Cert III in Dental Assisting preferred.
• Cert IV qualification highly regarded.
• Confidence with reception tasks, or willingness to learn them.

Responsibilities

• Chairside assisting across general and preventive dentistry.
• Infection control, sterilisation, and surgery set-up/pack-down.
• Reception duties as needed: answering phones, responding to SMS and email enquiries, and booking and managing appointments using Principle software.
• Weekly cleaning of surgery.
