Job summary

Endodontics at Port Macquarie is a private dental specialist practice seeking a permanent full or part-time dental assistant and receptionist to join our team. The role includes chair-side dental assisting and reception duties, with occasional sterilisation tasks.

Training will be provided to enable confidence in all duties; school leavers are welcome and support for completing a Certificate 3 in Dental Assisting is available. Our CBD practice offers easy transport access and on-site parking.

Qualifications

• Experience as a dental assistant and receptionist is valued.
• Willingness to complete Certificate 3 in Dental Assisting while employed.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and computer literacy; Apple familiarity is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide chair-side dental assisting during procedures.
• Perform reception duties and handle patient communications.
• Occasional sterilisation duties to support the team.
• Assist with scheduling and patient flow.
