B. Braun Australia Group is seeking a Demand Planner & Supply Chain Analyst to drive forecasting accuracy, inventory optimisation and supply chain performance across Australia and New Zealand.

In this visible role, you will partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Global Supply teams to ensure product availability and lead continuous improvement initiatives that support business growth. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in demand planning or analytics, advanced Excel, and experience

Qualifications

  • 3+ years' experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning or Supply Chain Analytics.
  • Strong analytical capability with ability to translate data into insights and actions.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with SAP or similar ERP planning systems.
  • Understanding of demand planning, inventory management, forecasting and supply chain metrics.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Power BI, SAP IBP/APO, S&OP processes or CI methodologies will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

  • Manage demand forecasts, inventory performance and product portfolios to ensure optimal availability and minimise supply risks.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain stakeholders to improve forecast accuracy and align demand with business objectives.
  • Analyse supply chain performance, identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve service and inventory.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, KPI reporting and performance scorecards for informed decisions.
  • Lead root-cause analysis, scenario planning and CI initiatives across demand planning and inventory management.
  • Support product lifecycle activities, business planning processes, system enhancements and supply chain transformation projects.

Your Opportunity

We're looking for a Demand Planner & Supply Chain Analyst to play a key role in delivering strong forecasting, inventory optimisation and supply chain performance outcomes across Australia and New Zealand.

In this highly visible role, reporting to Manager, Supply Chain, you'll partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Logistics and Global Supply teams to ensure product availability, improve forecast accuracy and drive continuous improvement initiatives that support business growth.

Your Responsibilities
  • Manage demand forecasts, inventory performance and product portfolios to ensure optimal product availability and minimise supply risks.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain stakeholders to improve forecast accuracy and align demand plans with business objectives.

About You

  • Strong analytical capability with experience translating complex data into meaningful business insights and recommendations.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with SAP or similar ERP planning systems.
  • Sound understanding of demand planning, inventory management, forecasting and supply chain performance metrics.
  • Proven ability to build stakeholder relationships, influence outcomes and work effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Power BI, SAP IBP/APO, S&OP processes or continuous improvement methodologies will be highly regarded.
Nice to have
  • Experience with SAP APO and/or SAP IBP.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar reporting tools.
  • Exposure to S&OP or Integrated Business Planning processes.
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience within healthcare, medical devices or another regulated industry.
