V2 AI is seeking a relationship-driven leader to drive enterprise delivery on client projects, guiding cross-functional teams to achieve measurable business outcomes. Qualifications

• Proven experience leading technology transformation engagements within large enterprises.
• Ability to align technology solutions with business objectives and outcomes.
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder influence at executive level.
• Experience scoping engagements and owning scope during delivery.
• Ability to learn new industries and adapt to different verticals.
• Proven track record delivering high-impact AI/Cloud modernization projects.
• Experience crafting compelling proposals and SoWs with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated leadership in removing roadblocks and mitigating risks.

You maintain strategic oversight of delivery within your accounts, ensuring projects are on track, clients are engaged, and our teams are empowered to excel. You proactively remove roadblocks, mitigate risks, and champion the long-term success of both our customers and our consultants.

Role Requirement

• Proven experience leading technology transformation engagements within large enterprises, working with executive leaders.
• Highly experienced across AI, cloud platforms & app modernisation, with the ability to align technology solutions with our customers’ business objectives and outcomes
• Strong pedigree within an industry vertical and the ability and confidence to learn new industries.
• Support the identification, qualification and pursuit of new opportunities within the enterprise that align with business outcomes.
• Experienced in scoping engagements along with owning the scope during an engagement
• Strong commercial acumen
• Solid understanding of operational challenges and regulatory requirements.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence executives, technical teams, and delivery partners.
• Support the development of compelling proposals, presentations, and statements of work (SoWs) in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Build an environment that removes barriers to innovation and collaboration, championing an inclusive culture that values diverse perspectives.
