Ayan Infotech are looking for an Account Delivery Head (Managed Services) for a permanent job opportunity in Brisbane.

Required Skills:

• 15+ years of experience in technology services, managed services, enterprise delivery, infrastructure, cloud, applications, or digital operations, including substantial senior leadership accountability.
• Strong experience in cloud migration efforts as a delivery lead is critical for this role.
• The role works with a large number of senior stakeholders within the enterprise and expects a leader who can manage with the expectations from these stakeholders on a regular basis.
• Proven ownership of a large strategic account or complex enterprise delivery environment with demanding operational, transformation, and commercial objectives.
• Demonstrated success leading distributed, multi tower and multi vendor teams across onshore, offshore, and hybrid delivery models.
• Experience stabilising complex services while simultaneously delivering major transformation, transition, or modernisation programs.
• A strong record of executive stakeholder management within enterprise, public sector, education, utilities, transport, or similarly complex environments.

We are seeking an accomplished Delivery Head to provide end to end delivery leadership for a strategic account. The role is accountable for service performance, client outcomes, transformation execution, commercial health, governance, risk management, and the leadership of multidisciplinary teams across Australia and global delivery centres.

The successful candidate will combine executive level customer engagement with strong managed services discipline and broad infrastructure, cloud, workplace, network, security, applications, and service integration experience. This leader will act as the senior delivery representative for the account, maintain operational stability, accelerate modernisation, and convert client priorities into measurable business and service outcomes.

This position is suited to a customer first leader who is comfortable operating in a complex, multi vendor environment and who can balance service excellence, transformation, financial performance, workforce capability, and contractual commitments.
