Job summary

Pizza Hut is hiring Delivery Drivers to deliver our delicious pizzas to our valued customers in Ballina Shire. You must be at least 17 years old and hold a valid driver’s license. The role involves delivering orders, handling payments, and providing excellent customer service.

As part of a casual and part-time opportunity, you will represent the Pizza Hut brand, work with a friendly team, and stay informed about current promotions while ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Checking orders before delivery to ensure that the correct products have been made, and that charges are accurate.
• Transporting items to customers at their desired locations.
• Managing cash and card payments upon delivery, as needed.
• Adhering to road and traffic regulations.
• Remaining up-to-date with the restaurant’s promotions, and informing customers of these accordingly.
• Anticipating and responding to customers’ queries and complaints.
