Job summary

Grafinch Pty Ltd on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a Sales Manager & Delivery Driver to support our local food wholesale operation. You will pack orders, invoice via iPad, and deliver to customers, acting as the friendly face of the business.

The role focuses on building relationships, growing existing accounts, and signing new customers, with a market-driven approach to pricing and sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in food wholesale or kitchens is preferred.
• Clean MR licence or willingness to obtain within first month.

Responsibilities

• Pack orders accurately and on time.
• Convert orders by phone, text, and email into invoices using iPad software.
• Deliver orders to customers and represent the business professionally.
• Build relationships with existing customers and grow their sales.
• Find and sign up new customers.
• Manage customer pricing.

We're a well-established local food wholesaler supplying restaurants, cafes, butchers and bakers across the region. We're looking for a motivated, food-loving person to join our friendly, successful team and help us keep growing.

What you'll be doing

Packing customer orders accurately and on time

Turning orders received by phone, text and email into invoices using our iPad invoicing software

Delivering orders to customers and being the friendly face of our business

Building strong relationships with our existing customers and growing their sales

Finding and signing up new customers

Managing customer pricing

What you'll bring

Knowledge of food and food preparation, ideally through working with or alongside chefs, butchers or bakers

A genuine passion for food and excellent communication skills

A clean manual driver's licence (an MR licence is an advantage, or you'll need to obtain one within your first month of employment)

Physical fitness, as the role involves plenty of lifting and carrying

A positive, team-first attitude
