The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and the hands-on duties of receiving, dispatching, and assisting with stock, with a friendly, customer-first approach to daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Hold a current/valid driver’s licence (manual preferred).
• Customer service experience in a trade/mechanical environment is desirable.
• Able to lift and handle heavy items.
• Comfortable working independently and maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage deliveries to trade customers.
• Build strong relationships through sales and high service standards.
• Deliver parts safely to workshops and dealerships.
• Promote products and marketing activities during deliveries.
• Assist with stock reception, dispatch, and stock put-away.
• Process orders, dispatch products, and handle customer enquiries.
