Job summary

CHILL is seeking a dedicated driver to operate a refrigerated delivery van from our Brookvale depot, NSW. You will manage routes end-to-end, maintain cold chain integrity, and ensure accurate PODs and paperwork at every stop.

The role offers a Monday–Friday roster with about 40 hours per week, training on CHILL systems and cold-chain procedures, and reliable, well-maintained vehicles. A customer-focused, detail-oriented approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Valid Australian C-Class driver licence (or higher)
• Right to work in Australia
• Previous delivery driving experience preferred
• Comfortable using smartphones and delivery tech
• Physically capable of manual handling up to 20kg
• Reliable and punctual
• Customer-focused and professional
• Organised with attention to details (temps, PODs, paperwork)

Responsibilities

• Drive refrigerated delivery van on scheduled routes

The role

Working from our Brookvale depot, you'll deliver chilled and frozen freight across NSW in one of our refrigerated vans. You're responsible for your run from start to finish — making deliveries on time, maintaining the cold chain, completing accurate PODs, and representing CHILL professionally at every stop.

What you'll actually be doing

• Driving a refrigerated delivery van on scheduled customer routes
• Loading and unloading freight safely — manual handling up to 20kg
• Completing pre-trip vehicle inspections every shift
• Recording pickup and delivery temperatures to maintain cold chain compliance
• Capturing accurate proof of delivery using our mobile systems
• Completing manifests and end-of-day paperwork accurately
• Representing CHILL professionally at every customer site

What we're looking for

• Current, valid Australian C-Class Driver Licence or higher
• Right to work in Australia
