Job summary

Domino’s is looking for delivery team members to bring hot pizzas to customers in a fast, friendly, and safe manner across the Brisbane/Toowoomba region. No experience required—full training is provided to help you succeed in this role.

You will need a valid Driver’s Licence (Car or E-Bike acceptable in some stores) and a smartphone to manage orders. Flexible start times including mornings, lunch, and evenings help fit around your schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be a team player and have an appetite for learning.
• Passionate about providing outstanding customer service.
• Delivery role requires a valid drivers license for car delivery or a valid license for e-bike.
• Access to a smartphone and reliable transport to and from the store.

Responsibilities

• Delivery on-time to customers' doorsteps, ensuring orders arrive hot and correct.

What we are looking for

No experience, no problems. We provide all the training necessary for you to kick start your new role with Domino’s. A few non negotiables:

You must be a team player and have an appetite for learning.

Delivering in a car or on a motorbike? You’ll need a valid driver's license.

Delivering on an E-Bike? You’ll need to be over 16 and have a valid driver’s licence (even a Learners Permit is ok!)

Access to a reliable car (have a chat to your local store – E-bike and company cars may be available at their store!)

Access to a smartphone

What you’ll be doing

Delivery: Nailing the finesse of on-time deliveries, transforming pizzas into moments of joy that land right on our customers' doorsteps.

Customer Service: Crafting a customer service experience that goes beyond the transaction, making every interaction a highlight of the customers day.

Safety: Navigating the roads with a blend of caution and efficiency, ensuring delivery are not just swift but safe.

Store Cleanliness: Tackling everyday cleaning tasks with precision, ensuring our store is consistently tidy and ready for action.
