Job summary

Plasterboard City is seeking a Truck/ Delivery Driver and Store Person to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders and stock replenishment. This role supports warehouse duties and aims to improve service delivery with a safety-first approach.

Roles are available at Mornington and Nunawading stores. You will load and unload goods, maintain stock accuracy, and collaborate with teams to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications

• MR licence required; building or construction industry experience considered a plus.
• Experience in warehousing and stock handling.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining safety and accuracy.
• Positive attitude and teamwork-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Ensure on-time delivery and pickup of goods.
• Load and unload customer orders and stock.
• Lift up to 20kg regularly as part of duties.
• Carry out general warehouse duties and stock maintenance.
• Support stock accuracy and inventory control.
• Follow OH&S procedures and safe work practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery.
• Assist with onboarding new staff and participate in training.

About the Role

As the Driver and Store Person, you are responsible for the on-time delivery of customer orders and or replenishment of stock. You will assist with various warehouse duties and work with the business to improve our service offerings and customer experience with a safety approach. Roles available in both our Mornington and Nunawading stores.

What You’ll Do

On-time delivery and pick up of goods

Loading and unloading of customer and stock orders

Candidates must be able to lift up to 20kg regularly as part of loading and unloading duties

General warehouse duties

Support the accuracy and maintenance of stock and stock inventory

Adherence to OH&S procedures.

Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery

Help onboard new staff and contribute to ongoing training
