Job summary

Domino’s Pizza is hiring delivery drivers in Australia’s Central Coast area. No experience is required as training is provided. You’ll join a fast-paced, high-energy team delivering hot pizzas to customers’ doors, with flexible shifts starting in the morning, at lunch, or in the evening.

Ideal candidates are reliable, have a valid driver’s license, access to a car or scooter, and a smartphone. This role emphasizes safety, customer service, and timely deliveries as part of a fun, rewarding

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full training provided.
• Strong customer service mindset and willingness to learn.
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
• Must have a valid driver’s license for car or motorbike deliveries.
• If delivering by E-Bike you must be 16+ with a valid licence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders on time to customers’ doorsteps.
• Provide friendly, high-quality customer service during delivery.
• Prioritise safety while navigating roads and traffic.
• Keep store clean and assist with basic tasks as needed.

What we are looking for

No experience, no problems. We provide all the training necessary for you to kick start your new role with Domino’s. A few non negotiables:

• You must be a team player and have an appetite for learning.

• You must be passionate about providing outstanding customer service.

• Delivering in a car or on a motorbike? You’ll need a valid driver's license.

• Delivering on an E-Bike? You’ll need to be over 16 and have a valid driver’s licence (even a Learners Permit is ok!)

• Access to a reliable car (have a chat to your local store – E-bike and company cars may be available at their store!)

• Access to a smartphone

What you’ll be doing

• Delivery: Nailing the finesse of on-time deliveries, transforming pizzas into moments of joy that land right on our customers' doorsteps.

• Customer Service: Crafting a customer service experience that goes beyond the transaction, making every interaction a highlight of the customers day.

• Safety: Navigating the roads with a blend of caution and efficiency, ensuring delivery are not just swift but safe.

• Store Cleanliness: Tackling everyday cleaning tasks with precision, ensuring our store is consistently tidy and ready for action.
