Job summary

Colonial Fresh in Doncaster is seeking an Experienced Deli Team Member to join our friendly team. This casual role offers 20–30 hours per week with shifts on weekdays, weekends and public holidays.

You will hit the ground running, help lead some shifts and deliver outstanding customer service. You will work with premium deli products, slice and prepare meats and cheeses, keep the counter clean and coordinated, and collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a deli retail / grocery setting.
• Deep knowledge of deli products, including various meats, cheeses, and gourmet items.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with effective communication and initiative.

This is a casual position with the opportunity for permanent employment for the right Superstar!

We are offering between 20 to 30 hours per week. You will need to be available for various shifts that include weekdays, weekends and/or public holidays.
