Job summary

Projects Assured in Australia seeks experienced Systems Engineers to support complex national security programs, working with Defence and Government stakeholders to define needs and ensure capability outcomes.

As a Systems Engineer, you will focus on systems engineering processes—requirements management, integration, verification, validation, and lifecycle assurance—aligned with ISO/IEC 15288 standards, delivering capabilities through suppliers and project teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in requirements development, management, and traceability.
• Exposure to verification, validation, or capability assurance activities.
• Experience engaging with Defence or government stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to understand and manage capability requirements.
• Ensure needs remain aligned with delivered solutions throughout the lifecycle.
• Support requirements management, verification, validation, and capability acceptance activities.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies and integration challenges.
• Provide systems engineering assurance to support informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with project teams, suppliers, and Defence stakeholders.
