Job summary

The role focuses on AutoCAD and Revit documentation of steel and reinforced concrete structures within major defence and infrastructure projects, in a multidisciplinary, supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Structural Designer or Structural Drafter.
• Experience documenting structural steel and reinforced concrete structures.
• Understanding of structural design and engineering documentation processes.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Producing structural drawings and documentation using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Developing and maintaining 3D structural models.
• Assisting with project delivery from concept through to construction.
• Supporting the preparation of tender documentation and documentation estimates.
• Coordinating with architects, contractors and service consultants.
• Participating in project meetings and implementing agreed actions.
• Ensuring quality, accuracy and compliance across deliverables.
• Collaborating with engineers and senior designers to achieve project outcomes.
