Job summary

MSS Security is seeking a Full-Time Reliever to support Defence sites across Victoria. No prior security experience is required, and you’ll receive training across multiple teams while building your skills on a rotating 24/7 roster.

You’ll hold a Victorian Security Licence, First Aid/CPR, and a valid driver’s licence. A reliever allowance is provided, and MSS offers long-term career paths within Defence portfolios and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Australian citizen.
• Victorian Security Licence required.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Availability to work a 24/7 rotating roster.
• Hold the required security clearance or be willing to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Work across multiple Defence sites as a reliever.
• Support different managers and teams on a rotating roster.
• Learn and apply security practices while building experience.
