Job summary

Nova Systems in Adelaide is seeking a Program Manager to lead the management of assigned projects, client relationships, and program operations. You will drive growth, quality, and commercial performance while delivering contracted services and strategic objectives.

You will partner with senior leaders, focus on continual improvement, and support innovation, building collaborative teams through strong people management and stakeholder engagement across Defence, Commonwealth representatives, and

Qualifications

Senior-level industry experience in defence or related programs.
Experience managing complex programs delivering contracted services.
Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with senior defence stakeholders and partners.
Experience leading and mentoring teams to improve performance and development.
Strong commercial acumen including budgeting and profitability.

Responsibilities

Lead program management, client relationships, people and program operations.
Own program revenue, forecasting, profitability and delivery against commercial objectives.
Coordinate projects across the program, allocate resources to maximise value.
Manage contracted services and outcomes with budget alignment and quality.
Build trusted relationships with Defence stakeholders, Commonwealth reps and partners.
Lead business development activities, identify new opportunities, contribute to capture and bid development.
Build and lead a collaborative team with regular feedback and capability development.
Monitor program performance, financial reporting, risk and compliance, drive continual improvement.
