Job summary

Raytheon Australia is seeking an Inventory Controller to support a national defence program from Mawson Lakes, SA, with some travel to Edinburgh. The role entails liaising with engineering, supply chain, production and maintenance to ensure continuous capability delivery for Army.

You will manage purchase requests, inventory actions and quality records while collaborating with the warehouse team to resolve receipt anomalies and prioritise priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehousing, inventory, freight, distribution and procurement procedures and systems.
• Ability to use software-based inventory management systems.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Dynamics 365, Maximo).
• Certificate IV in Logistics or higher or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Raise purchase requests across multiple projects.
• Create inventory actions to enable material receipts and production kit readiness.
• Ensure quality records supporting serviceability certification.
• Coordinate with warehouse to resolve receipt issues and prioritise requisitions.
• Coordinate receipt of completed assembly orders with cross referencing.
