Job summary

Australian Government is seeking a motivated APS 4 Logistics Officer to join Joint Health Command at Cerberus Health Centre, Westernport, Victoria. You will manage moderately complex logistics, governance, facilities and asset management to support Defence members.

Under limited guidance you will prioritise work, supervise juniors, and provide advice to stakeholders, developing briefs and reports and maintaining compliance with Defence policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, governance, and asset management within a Defence or health services context is preferred.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and Defence policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory, supply chain, and asset management tasks.
• Develop and analyse briefs and reports for internal/external stakeholders.
• Provide technical advice to internal and external stakeholders.
• Prioritise work activities and supervise/train junior team members.
