Job summary
KBR, Inc. is seeking a Specialist Engineer – Electrical Engineer to support critical Defence capability within the Long-Range Fires program in Brisbane, Australia. This role offers a chance to work on cutting-edge Defence projects, providing electrical engineering expertise for military communications and systems integration.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Defence engineering, knowledge of RF systems, and proficiency in CAD software. The position includes competitive salary and flexible working conditions.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in electrical engineering within Defence.
- Experience integrating military C4 systems onto land platforms.
- Knowledge of RF systems and vehicle/platform networking.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage complex technical activities.
Responsibilities
- Provide electrical engineering support for military C4 systems integration.
- Conduct requirements analysis, design, and implementation support.
- Produce and review technical drawings and engineering documentation.
- Support prototyping and trial installations.
