Job summary

Emanate Technology Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Cyber Security Lead to guide a growing cyber team in Defence-focused projects. You will shape strategy, mentor four cyber professionals, and oversee a mix of advisory and delivery work to expand capabilities.

The role requires engaging with stakeholders, delivering complex accreditation and assurance activities, and acting as a trusted advisor across networks, systems, and applications. Hybrid working options are available.

Qualifications

• Defence industry experience is essential.
• Experience working with DISP requirements.
• Consulting or client-facing background with strong stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of cyber security professionals.
• Oversee delivery of multiple cyber security projects and engagements.
• Provide technical leadership across cyber initiatives.
• Lead accreditation and assurance activities across networks, systems and applications.
• Act as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to growth and development of the cyber practice.
• Support Defence and commercial cyber security initiatives.
