Qualifications

• Experience in motor dealer finance is highly regarded.
• Proven ability to meet strict deadlines and multitask.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of financial reporting requirements and statutory compliance in Australia.
• Experience liaising with auditors or regulators is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Month end reporting for dealership operations.
• Ensure tax reporting and payment obligations are met.
• Manage daily accounting activities including invoicing and cash management.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and internal financial reporting.
• Reconcile balance sheets and process vehicle sales reporting.
