Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the Service Market Director to drive operational excellence.
• Lead and inspire your team to achieve high performance and operational efficiency.
• Foster strong customer relationships to enhance business growth in the region.
• Manage and develop branch staff to achieve KPIs and improve performance.
• Ensure adherence to company standards and practices, maintaining consistency and compliance.
• Drive profitability by identifying and securing new business opportunities.
• Oversee and optimise workshop operations and parts department processes to ensure efficient work practices.
• Drive a safety‑first culture within the dealership.

What We’re Looking For

• Tertiary Qualification in Business Management or related discipline, or trade qualification in engineering/mechanics (desirable).
