Job summary

Belgravia Leisure is seeking a Centre Manager to lead Dayboro Swimming Pool and deliver exceptional customer experience. You will be accountable for the facility, the local team and the community, overseeing operational, financial and program deliverables on a year‑round basis.

Essential leadership role requires at least 5 years in a similar setting, strong communication, health and safety knowledge, and the ability to plan and execute staff and financial plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years leadership experience in a leisure or aquatic facility.
• Strong communication skills with ability to influence and negotiate win‑win outcomes.
• Sound knowledge of health and safety legislation.
• Experience planning and executing operational, financial and people plans to successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Achieve budgeted performance targets.
• Maintain a high value relationship with our council partner.
• Implement a high value customer service proposition for the client base.
• Lead and drive a high performance community minded culture through hands‑on leadership and staff engagement.
• Train staff to ensure knowledge and capability meets objectives.
• Maintain facilities to approved standards in line with contract requirements.
