Job summary

Independence Australia is seeking a reliable warehouse team member to ensure accurate picking and packing of orders, stock receiving, and dispatch duties to keep essential health products moving to customers.

This fixed day shift runs Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with overtime as needed; the role offers a supportive safety-focused environment, opportunities to develop skills in logistics and warehouse operations, and a social enterprise backdrop that supports people with disability.

Qualifications

• Experience in pick-packing, dispatch, or warehousing preferred.
• Basic computer skills with Warehouse Management System experience.
• High attention to detail and order accuracy.
• Good communication and basic problem-solving skills.
• Current National Police Check or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders against targets and quality guidelines.
• Receive stock and record into the warehouse system.
• Prepare shipping labels and dispatch documentation.
• Handle returns and participate in stocktakes.
• Work with the team to maintain a safe, clean, organised workplace.
