Job summary

BevChain, a subsidiary of Linfox, is seeking a hands-on Day Shift Warehouse Team Leader in Heathwood, QLD. You will lead the day-shift operations, ensure safety, service and productivity, and align with customer requirements across the warehouse.

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will manage labour, rosters, performance, and KPIs, while developing the team and pursuing continuous improvement in warehouse processes and systems including WMS or SAP and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience within warehousing, logistics or distribution.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and WHS requirements.
• Experience managing labour, rosters, performance and KPIs.
• Strong communication, organisation and problem‑solving skills.
• Confidence managing performance and supporting team development.
• Experience using WMS or SAP and Microsoft Office.
• A strong customer focus and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and support the day‑shift warehouse team.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including picking, replenishment and loading.
• Manage labour planning, rosters and task allocation.
• Monitor team performance, productivity and operational KPIs.
• Maintain safety, compliance and housekeeping standards.
