Job summary

Programmed is seeking a motivated Warehouse Store person / Forklift Operator to join our client based in Kilsyth. The role involves operating a Counterbalance Forklift, loading/unloading trucks, and maintaining accurate stock.

On-the-job training is provided for specialized equipment and overhead crane operation. We offer a Monday–Friday day shift from 9:00am to 5:06pm, a supportive team environment, and opportunities to learn new skills in warehouse duties across racking, stock takes, and

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Willing to learn and be trained on new equipment.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Counterbalance Forklift (training provided).
• Loading and unloading trucks.
• Conduct forklift pre-start inspections.
• Check loads are secure and fit for transport.
• Move goods throughout the warehouse and storage areas.
• Put-aways, dispatch and receiving duties.
• Work with warehouse racking systems.
• Conduct stock takes and inventory activities.
• Use pallet jacks and trolleys.
• Inspect materials to meet packing specs.
• Stack pallets and maintain warehouse organization.
• General warehouse duties, including unpacking products.
• Operate an overhead crane (full training provided).
• Manual handling of products up to 20kg.
